Most people don't quit training for lack of motivation, but because the equipment takes up space, costs a lot and ends up at the back of a cupboard. The Starter Pack answers that: two objects, under 300 grams combined, and everything you need for a complete session.

What's in the pack

1 × FlexPower resistance band

This is the strength half. The band creates progressive tension: the more you stretch, the more resistance builds. Your joints take less load than with iron, and the movement stays controlled from start to finish.

Why both rather than one

A band alone builds muscle but does nothing for cardio. A rope alone does the opposite. Together they cover the four phases of a full session:

Warm-up — two minutes of slow skipping, then shoulder activation with the band
Cardio — short rope intervals, 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off
Strength — band circuit: squats, rows, lunges
Recovery — assisted stretching with the band

Thirty minutes, at home, with no extra equipment.
